Fabrication

The Group's fabrication activities comprise two main areas of operation: a fabrication job shop, and a machinery manufacturing unit.

The fabrication job shop undertakes precision job work as per clients' needs. The Shop also offers a "design-and-production" option. The range of products manufactured by the Shop includes skids and receivers for Air Compressors, structures for small, large, and very large furnaces,  Windmill components, etc.

The Group's fabrication shop manufactures goods as per clients' requirements. All activities required for manufacture including casting, machining, etc., in addition to regular fabrication activities are available to a client under one roof. The range of jobs executed by the Shop includes small jobs of less than a kilo gramme to largish 20+ Metric Tonne fabrication. 

The Shop uses in-house facilities and outside agencies to carry out destructive as well as
non-destructive testing (NDT). NDTesting that can be carried out includes Dye Penetration, Magnetic Particle, Radiography, and Ultrasonic Testing. Quality and finishing processes the Shop has access to include stress relieving, hot-dip galvanising, chromium plating, powder coating, epoxy coating/painting, etc.

The Group is also actively involved in energy conservation and alternate energy source development. In keeping with this mission, the Group's fabrication shop undertakes the manufacture of wind mill parts.
