In a market where a vast
number of valves are available for Process Control applications, those
manufactured by Saturn score easily over the competition. This is
largely due to the almost obsessive concern for quality.
Compared to conventional valves, Saturn valves offer dramatic performance
advantages. Because these valves are application oriented, fail-safe,
high performance, no maintenance valves that offer significant benefits
without compromising on quality and, needless to say, safety and reliability.
The valves are suitable for a variety of end uses and are available
in a wide range of metals and classes: materials like Gun Metal, Brass,
Stainless Steel -304, 316, 316L, Cast Steel, Cast Iron, Alloy 20,
Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, or a metal needed by the fluid to be controlled
or as specified by the customer; suitable for application up to Class
1500, ND:25/40. And they are warranted for a period of one year against
any manufacturing defect.
Saturn valves are available in a wide choices of ends (screwed, flanged,
ring joint, butt weld, socket weld) and sizes - up to 36" in butterfly
valves and from 0.25" to 12" in the other categories of valves. Valves
for high temperature services (up to 650 ºC), sub-zero temperature
services (Cryogenic Applications), or valves capable of working at
pressures up to Class 1500/ ND 100 or relevant codes are also designed,
manufactured and are in operation with our various reputed customers.
Valves can be provided with hand wheel/lever or can be suitably actuated
by means of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical/Electronic actuator.
Should nothing from the existing product range be found suitable,
a valve to cater to a specific need can be designed and manufactured...
Saturn valves are used by some of the biggest names in Indian industry;
most of the users are repeat purchasers. |
